Privacy Policy - Guests4dinner values your privacy and safety, but your listing will be showing your location and once booking has been accepted and paid for, you will be providing your contact details and address. ALL Home Cooks and Guests need to register first with Guests4dinner for security. Where there is a security breach, Guests4dinner reserves the right to de-list the home cook and/or Guests involved.

Legal Terms and Conditions – By registering on Guests4dinner.com as a ‘Home Cook’, ‘Guest’ or ‘Guest Group’ you are acknowledging that you accept all Terms and Conditions of Guests4dinner.com. Refer full list of Legal -Terms and Conditions.

TRUST and SECURITY is absolutely of critical importance to Guests4dinner as is your safety, which is why we verify all Guest and Home Cook profiles and listings. Guests4dinner also carry an Insurance Policy that covers any property damage or theft that might occur up to a Value of $100,000 in any one claim.

Home Cook Hosts also need to have Public Liability Insurance – that covers guests in your home – should a guest fall over or have an accident while in their home. Always check your Home Insurance Policy details and Insurance Agency.

Secure Payments – ALL payments by Guests must be made to Guests4dinnner via Paypal, Credit or Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and then Guests4dinner pays the Home Cook Host. Cash payments or offline transactions are not accepted, and could lead to fraud or other security issues. A Violation of this Policy may result in cancellation of a Guests4dinner Registration.

SET UP AN ACCOUNT - IT’S FREE TO LIST

Home Cooks – Sign up and Register as a ‘Home Cook’ for FREE – with email, phone, profile, food or other photos and description of the food you’re serving. You can update this.  Also create a ‘Pen name’ and password – this will be your identity. We then verify your account details and create your secure Home Cook ‘listing’ with your Pen name. NOTE: Your pen name can be just your first name if available.

Guests – also register for FREE and set up an account with a profile and password and we verify all information for security.

Registered Guests can then search Home Cook ‘listings’ to find ‘Home Cooks’ in their neighbourhood or city and then use our smart Messaging system to make arrangements for dinner or lunch.

Once booked, Payments and receipts for dinners are all handled by Guests4dinner with monies are then credited to your ‘Home Cook’ account.  Guests4dinner.com charges a 10% Booking Fee for this service.
